Exchanges or returns are only applicable for unused products, in perfect condition, and with original tags.
You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return.
We do not accept returns for size or design changes on personalized products or wholesale orders.
For retail orders, if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos within the first 48 hours after receiving it.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error was on our part.
